Application Notes
PSMA antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1,000~ 2,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000.

Anti-human PSMA mAb is derived from hybridization of mouse FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human PSMA amino acids 117-351 purified from E Coli.
Preparation and Storage
For periods up to 1 month store at 4 degree C, for longer periods of time, store at -20 degree C. Prevent freeze thaw cycles.
