Related Product Information for Ggt7 recombinant protein
This gene is a member of a gene family that encodes enzymes involved in both the metabolism of glutathione and in the transpeptidation of amino acids. Changes in the activity of gamma-glutamyltransferase may signal preneoplastic or toxic conditions in the liver or kidney. This protein consists of a heavy and a light chain, and it can interact with CT120, a plasma membrane-associated protein that is possibly involved in lung carcinogenesis.

Product Notes

The Ggt7 ggt7 (Catalog #AAA1345247) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli or Yeast or Baculovirus or Mammalian Cell and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 128-662. The amino acid sequence is listed below: QIY FGDPQIFQQG AVVTDASCCT ALGMEVLSKQ GSSVDAAVAA ALCLGIVAPH SSGLGGGGVM LVHDIRRNES HLIDFRESAP GALREEALQR SWDTKPGLLV GVPGMVKGLY EAHQLYGRLP WSQVLAFAAA VAQDGFNVTH DLAHALAEQL PPNASDRFLE TFLPLGHPPL PGSLLRRPDL AEVLDILGIS GPAAFYNGGN LTLEMVAEVQ HAGGVMTEED FSNYSALTEK PVCGVYRGHL VLSPPPPHTG PALISALNIL EGFNLTSLVS REQALHWVAE TLKIALALAS RLGDPVYDST ISESMDDMLS KVEAANFRGH ISDSQAAPAP LLPVYELDGA PTAAQVLVMG PDDFIVAMVS SLNRPFGSGL LTPSGILLNS QMLDFSWPNR TANHSAPSLE NSVQPGKRPL SFLLPTVVRP AEGLCGTYLA LGANGAARGL SGLTQVLLNV LTLNRNLSDS LARGRLHPDL QSNVLQVDSE FTEEEIEFLE ARGHHVEKVD VLSWVHGSRR TNNFIIGVKD PRSLDATGAS IL. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Gamma-glutamyltransferase 7 (Ggt7), Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
