Related Product Information for uBE2D4 recombinant protein
uBE2D4 belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes, also known as E2 enzymes and more rarely as ubiquitin-carrier enzymes, perform the second step in the ubiquitination reaction that targets a protein for degradation via the proteasome. uBE2D4 accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. In vitro able to promote polyubiquitination using all 7 ubiquitin Lys residues, but may prefer 'Lys-11' and 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitination. Recombinant human uBE2D4 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Product Notes

The uBE2D4 ube2d4 (Catalog #AAA204154) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag. AAA Biotech's uBE2D4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the uBE2D4 ube2d4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MALKRIQKEL TDLQRDPPAQ CSAGPVGDDL FHWQATIMGP NDSPYQGGVF FLTIHFPTDY PFKPPKVAFT TKIYHPNINS NGSICLDILR SQWSPALTVS KVLLSICSLL CDPNPDDPLV PEIAHTYKAD REKYNRLARE WTQKYAM. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "uBE2D4, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
