Rat Troponin I ELISA Kit | Tnni3 elisa kit
Rat Troponin I, cardiac muscle ELISA Kit
Principle of the Assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Troponin I, cardiac muscle. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal antibody preparation specific for Troponin I, cardiac muscle and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Troponin I, cardiac muscle, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The concentration of Troponin I, cardiac muscle in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Uniprot Description
TNNI3: Troponin I is the inhibitory subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity. Binds to actin and tropomyosin. Interacts with TRIM63. Interacts with STK4/MST1. Belongs to the troponin I family.

Product Notes
The Rat Tnni3 tnni3 (Catalog #AAA9425677) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9425677 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat Tnni3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Troponin I, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
