TBL1XR1 sirna
TBL1XR1 siRNA (Mouse)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
TBL1XR1: F-box-like protein involved in the recruitment of the ubiquitin/19S proteasome complex to nuclear receptor-regulated transcription units. Plays an essential role in transcription activation mediated by nuclear receptors. Probably acts as integral component of the N-Cor corepressor complex that mediates the recruitment of the 19S proteasome complex, leading to the subsequent proteasomal degradation of N-Cor complex, thereby allowing cofactor exchange, and transcription activation. Component of the N-Cor repressor complex, at least composed of NCOR1, NCOR2, HDAC3, TBL1X, TBL1XR1, CORO2A and GPS2. Probable component of some E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Interacts with histones H2B and H4. Ubiquitous. Belongs to the WD repeat EBI family.
Protein type: Nuclear receptor co-regulator; Transcription, coactivator/corepressor
Cellular Component: histone deacetylase complex; nucleus
Molecular Function: protein binding; DNA binding; transcription corepressor activity
Biological Process: proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process; response to dietary excess; transcription, DNA-dependent; regulation of cAMP metabolic process; multicellular organism growth; histone deacetylation; chromatin modification; regulation of transcription, DNA-dependent; regulation of gene expression; white fat cell differentiation; positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter; negative regulation of transcription, DNA-dependent; lipid catabolic process

Product Notes
The TBL1XR1 tbl1xr1 (Catalog #AAA8235001) is a siRNA produced from Synthetic and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TBL1XR1 siRNA (Mouse) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TBL1XR1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, RNA Interference (RNAi). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TBL1XR1 tbl1xr1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TBL1XR1, siRNA" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
