Specificity
RHNO1 siRNA (Human) is a target-specific 19-23 nt siRNA oligo duplexes designed to knock down gene expression.
Purity/Purification
> 97%
Form/Format
Lyophilized powder
Sequence Length
238
Applicable Applications for RHNO1 sirna
RNA Interference (RNAi)
Quality Control
Oligonucleotide synthesis is monitored base by base through trityl analysis to ensure appropriate coupling efficiency. The oligo is subsequently purified by affinity-solid phase extraction. The annealed RNA duplex is further analyzed by mass spectrometry to verify the exact composition of the duplex. Each lot is compared to the previous lot by mass spectrometry to ensure maximum lot-to-lot consistency.
Components
We offer pre-designed sets of 3 different target-specific siRNA oligo duplexes of human RHNO1 gene. Each vial contains 5 nmol of lyophilized siRNA. The duplexes can be transfected individually or pooled together to achieve knockdown of the target gene, which is most commonly assessed by qPCR or western blot.
Preparation and Storage
Store at -20 degree C for one year.

Uniprot Description

RHNO1: Plays a role in DNA damage response (DDR) signaling upon genotoxic stresses such as ionizing radiation (IR) during the S phase. Recruited to sites of DNA damage through interaction with the 9-1-1 cell-cycle checkpoint response complex and TOPBP1 in a ATR-dependent manner. Required for the progression of the G1 to S phase transition. Plays a role in the stimulation of CHEK1 phosphorylation.

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 12p13.33

Cellular Component: chromosome; nucleus

Molecular Function: protein binding

Biological Process: recombinational repair; DNA damage checkpoint

Product Notes

The RHNO1 rhno1 (Catalog #AAA8214129) is a siRNA produced from Synthetic and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RHNO1 siRNA (Human) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RHNO1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, RNA Interference (RNAi). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RHNO1 rhno1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RHNO1, siRNA" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
