STX6 binds EEA1 and Interacts with VPS45A, MARCH2, MARCH3 and GOPC. It is identified in a complex containing STX6, STX12, VAMP4 and VTI1A. Recombinant human STX6 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
