Mouse Retinoic acid receptor RXR-beta, RXRB ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
RXRB: Receptor for retinoic acid. Retinoic acid receptors bind as heterodimers to their target response elements in response to their ligands, all-trans or 9-cis retinoic acid, and regulate gene expression in various biological processes. The RAR/RXR heterodimers bind to the retinoic acid response elements (RARE) composed of tandem 5'-AGGTCA-3' sites known as DR1-DR5. Specifically binds 9-cis retinoic acid (9C-RA). Homodimer. Heterodimer with a RAR molecule. Binds DNA preferentially as a RAR/RXR heterodimer. Expressed in a variety of tumor cell lines. Belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. NR2 subfamily.

Product Notes
The Mouse RXRB rxrb (Catalog #AAA9332049) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9332049 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse RXRB. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "retinoid X receptor, beta, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
