Mouse Nuclear receptor ROR-gamma, RORC ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
RORC: Possible nuclear receptor for hydroxycholesterols, the binding of which strongly promotes coactivators recruitment. Essential for thymopoiesis and the development of several secondary lymphoid tissues, including lymph nodes. Involved in lineage specification of uncommitted CD4(+) T-helper cells into Th17 cells. Regulate the expression of several components of the circadian clock. Belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. NR1 subfamily. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Mouse RORC rorc (Catalog #AAA9322864) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9322864 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse RORC. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RAR-related orphan receptor C, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
