Application Notes
This conjugate is designed to be used in the detection of biotinylated primary antibodies.
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s):
• 1:2,000-1:20,000 for Immunohistochemistry
• 1:1,000-1:50,000 for ELISA/Western Blot
Testing Results:
ELISA: Dilution giving A450 reading of >= 1.0 when tested against Biotinylated antibody coated at 2ug/ml.
Results: 1:359,000

Reconstitution
Rehydrate with 1.1 ml of deionized water. Allow reconstituted product to stand at least 30 minutes at room temperature prior to dilution. If necessary centrifuge to remove any particulates.

Preparation and Storage
Store lyophilized material at 2-8°C. For long term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C as a liquid. Prepare working dilution prior to use and then discard.
