Intended Use: The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration ofRSPO1 in the sample, This RSPO1 ELISA Kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versusRSPO1 concentration. The concentration ofRSPO1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Activator of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway by acting as a ligand for lgr4-6 receptors. Upon binding to lgr4-6 (lgr4, lgr5 or lgr6), lgr4-6 associate with phosphorylated lrp6 and frizzled receptors that are activated by extracellular Wnt receptors, triggering the canonical Wnt signaling pathway to increase expression of target genes. Acts both in the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin-dependent pathway and in non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway ().
