Intended Use: The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration ofAromatase in the sample, This Aromatase ELISA Kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versusAromatase concentration. The concentration ofAromatase in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Product Notes

The Rat Cyp19a1 cyp19a1 (Catalog #AAA3809325) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA3809325 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat Cyp19a1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Aromatase, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
