Human retinoic acid receptor responder (tazarotene induced) 3 ELISA Kit | RARRES3 elisa kit
Human Retinoic acid receptor responder protein 3, RARRES3 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Retinoids exert biologic effects such as potent growth inhibitory and cell differentiation activities and are used in the treatment of hyperproliferative dermatological diseases. These effects are mediated by specific nuclear receptor proteins that are members of the steroid and thyroid hormone receptor superfamily of transcriptional regulators. RARRES1, RARRES2, and RARRES3 are genes whose expression is upregulated by the synthetic retinoid tazarotene. RARRES3 is thought act as a tumor suppressor or growth regulator. Uniprot Description
RARRES3: Exhibits PLA1/2 activity, catalyzing the calcium- independent hydrolysis of acyl groups in various phosphotidylcholines (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE). For most substrates, PLA1 activity is much higher than PLA2 activity. N- and O-acylation activity is hardly detectable. Belongs to the H-rev107 family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Human RARRES3 rarres3 (Catalog #AAA9332391) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9332391 ELISA Kit recognizes Human RARRES3. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "retinoic acid receptor responder (tazarotene induced) 3, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
