Related Product Information for anti-GPR15 antibody
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and related viruses require co-receptors to infect target cells. Some G protein-coupled receptors including CCR5, CXCR4, CCR3, CCR2b, and CCR8 in the chemokine receptor family, and four new human molecules GPR15, STRL33, GPR1, and V28 have been recently identified as HIV co-receptors. The genes encoding human and monkey GPR15/BOB (for G proteincoupled receptor 15 and brother of Bonzo) have been cloned. This novel g proteincoupled receptor serves as co-receptor for SIV and for strains of HIV-2 and M-tropic HIV-1. The ligand for GPR15 is under investigation.

Product Notes

The GPR15 gpr15 (Catalog #AAA194095) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's GPR15 (NT) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoblot. Immunoblotting: use at 1:500-1:2,000 dilution. Positive control: Jurkat or A549 cell lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GPR15 gpr15 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GPR15 (NT), Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
