Rabbit DR4 (NT) Antibody | anti-DR4 antibody
Anti-DR4 (NT) Antibody
This antibody recognizes human DR4 (57 kD).
Positive control: Whole cell lysate from HeLa or Jurkat cells.
Apoptosis is induced by certain cytokines including TNF and Fas ligand of the TNF family through their death domaincontaining receptors, TNFR1 and Fas. Another cell death receptor was recently identified and designated DR4 (for death receptor 4). The ligand for DR4 has been designated TRAIL and is a new member of the TNF family. Therefore, DR4 is also called TRAIL receptor-1. DR4 is expressed in most human tissues including spleen, peripheral blood, small intestine, and thymus. Like TNFR1, Fas and DR3, DR4 mediates TRAIL-induced apoptosis and NF- kappa B activation in many tissues and cells.

Product Notes
The DR4 (Catalog #AAA194073) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's DR4 (NT) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoblot. Immunoblotting : use at 1:500-1:1,000 dilution. Positive control: Whole cell lysate from HeLa or Jurkat cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the DR4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "DR4 (NT), Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
