• Preparation and Storage: Store product at 4 degree C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable at -20 degree C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunofluorescence (IF)

(Immunofluorescence analysis of ZO-2/TJP2 was done on 90% confluent log phase MCF-7 cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 min., permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 min, and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at RT. The cells were labeled with ZO-2/TJP2 Rabbit Pab at 2ug/mL in 0.1% BSA and incubated for 3 hours at RT and then labeled with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugate at a dilution of 1:2000 for 45 minutes at RT (Panel a: green). Nuclei (Panel b: blue) were stained with SlowFade Gold Antifade Mountant with DAPI. F-actin (Panel c: red) was stained with Alexa Fluor 555 Rhodamine Phalloidin.
