Target Description: ZFP36L2 is a member of the TIS11 family of early response genes. Family members are induced by various agonists such as the phorbol ester TPA and the polypeptide mitogen EGF. The encoded protein contains a distinguishing putative zinc finger domain with a repeating cys-his motif. This putative nuclear transcription factor most likely functions in regulating the response to growth factors. This gene is a member of the TIS11 family of early response genes. Sequence Note: The RefSeq transcript and protein were derived from transcript and genomic sequence to make the sequence consistent with the reference genome assembly. The genomic coordinates used for the transcript record were based on alignments.

Product Notes

The ZFP36L2 zfp36l2 (Catalog #AAA3201488) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ZFP36L2 antibody - N-terminal region reacts with Cow, Guinea Pig, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ZFP36L2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ZFP36L2 zfp36l2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: VGTPVAAAPS SGFAPGFLRR HSASNLHALA HPAPSPGSCS PKFPGAANGS. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ZFP36L2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
