Related Product Information for anti-ZFP28 antibody
ZFP28 (ZFP28 Zinc Finger Protein, also known as Mkr5) is a Protein Coding gene. The ZFP28 gene, located on 19q13.43, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, and rat. ZFP28 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. ZFP28 may have a role in embryonic development and may be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZFP28 is widely expressed in the ovary, brain, and other tissues. Diseases associated with ZFP28 include Alternating Hemiplegia Of Childhood. Among its related pathways are Gene Expression and Herpes simplex virus 1 infection. 68 organisms have orthologs with the human gene ZFP28.

Product Notes

The ZFP28 (Catalog #AAA8110044) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-ZFP28 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ZFP28 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin (IHC-P). IHC-P: 1:200-1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ZFP28 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ZFP28, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
