Rabbit anti-Human WDR73 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-WDR73 antibody
WDR73, NT (WDR73, WD repeat-containing protein 73) (FITC)
FLISA: 1:1,000
IHC: 1:50-100
WB: 1:100-500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(WDR73 Antibody (N-term) western blot analysis in K562 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). This demonstrates the WDR73 antibody detected the WDR73 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(WDR73 Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the WDR73 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(WDR73 Antibody (N-term) flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is thought to contain multiple WD40 repeats. WD40 repeats are motifs that contain 40-60 amino acids, and usually end with Trp-Asp (WD). This protein is found in the cytoplasm during interphase, but accumulates at the spindle poles and astral microtubules during mitosis. Reduced expression of this gene results in abnormalities in the size and morphology of the nucleus. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Galloway-Mowat syndrome PMID: 25466283), which is a rare autosomal recessive disorder that affects both the central nervous system and kidneys. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2015]
Uniprot Description
WDR73: Belongs to the WD repeat WDR73 family.
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 15q25.2
Disease: Galloway-mowat Syndrome

Product Notes
The WDR73 wdr73 (Catalog #AAA6363404) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The WDR73, NT (WDR73, WD repeat-containing protein 73) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's WDR73 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FLISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). FC/FACS: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 IHC: 1:50-100 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the WDR73 wdr73 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "WDR73, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
