Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse Vesicle transport through interaction with t-SNAREs homolog 1A Polyclonal Antibody | anti-Vti1a antibody
Vesicle transport through interaction with t-SNAREs homolog 1A, CT (MVti1, Vesicle transport through interaction with t-SNAREs homolog 1A, Vesicle transport v-SNARE protein Vti1-like 2, Vti1a, Vti1-rp2) (APC)
FLISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of VTI1A Antibody (C-term) in mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane). VTI1A (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma with VTI1A Antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Flow cytometric analysis of NCI-H292 cells using VTI1A Antibody (C-term)(bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of VTI1A (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal VTI1A Antibody (C-term). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the VTI1A gene.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
VTI1A: V-SNARE that mediates vesicle transport pathways through interactions with t-SNAREs on the target membrane. These interactions are proposed to mediate aspects of the specificity of vesicle trafficking and to promote fusion of the lipid bilayers. Involved in vesicular transport from the late endosomes to the trans-Golgi network. Along with VAMP7, involved in an non- conventional RAB1-dependent traffic route to the cell surface used by KCNIP1 and KCND2. May be involved in increased cytokine secretion associated with cellular senescence. Belongs to the VTI1 family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The Vti1a vti1a (Catalog #AAA6505729) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Vesicle transport through interaction with t-SNAREs homolog 1A, CT (MVti1, Vesicle transport through interaction with t-SNAREs homolog 1A, Vesicle transport v-SNARE protein Vti1-like 2, Vti1a, Vti1-rp2) (APC) reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Vesicle transport through interaction with t-SNAREs homolog 1A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA. WB: 1:100-1:500 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Vti1a vti1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Vesicle transport through interaction with t-SNAREs homolog 1A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
