Related Product Information for anti-USP37 antibody
Polyclonal antibody to detect endogenous levels of USP in human; mouse and rat.
Deubiquitinase that antagonizes the anaphase-promoting complex (APC/C) during G1/S transition by mediating deubiquitination of cyclin-A (CCNA1 and CCNA2); thereby promoting S phase entry. Specifically mediates deubiquitination of 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin chains; a specific ubiquitin-linkage type mediated by the APC/C complex. Also mediates deubiquitination of 'Lys-48'-linked polyubiquitin chains in vitro. Phosphorylation at Ser-628 during G1/S phase maximizes the deubiquitinase activity; leading to prevent degradation of cyclin-A (CCNA1 and CCNA2).

Product Notes

The USP37 usp37 (Catalog #AAA846067) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-USP37 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's USP37 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:500- 1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the USP37 usp37 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "USP37, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
