Rabbit USP1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-USP1 antibody
USP1 Antibody (N-term)
Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Mouse, Rat
Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Mouse, Rat
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)-Paraffin
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the ubiquitin-specific processing (UBP) family of proteases that is a deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) with His and Cys domains. This protein is located in the cytoplasm and cleaves the ubiquitin moiety from ubiquitin-fused precursors and ubiquitinylated proteins. The protein specifically deubiquitinates a protein in the Fanconi anemia (FA) DNA repair pathway. Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been characterized. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
USP1: Negative regulator of DNA damage repair which specifically deubiquitinates monoubiquitinated FANCD2. Also involved in PCNA-mediated translesion synthesis (TLS) by deubiquitinating monoubiquitinated PCNA. Has almost no deubiquitinating activity by itself and requires the interaction with WDR48 to have a high activity. Interacts with FANCD2 and PCNA. Interacts with WDR48. Down-regulated following DNA damage. Belongs to the peptidase C19 family.

Product Notes
The USP1 usp1 (Catalog #AAA9232316) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The USP1 Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's USP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin. IHC-P: 1:50~100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the USP1 usp1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "USP1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
