Rabbit anti-Human TSHB Polyclonal Antibody | anti-TSHB antibody
TSHB, ID (Thyrotropin Subunit beta, Thyrotropin beta Chain, Thyroid-stimulating Hormone Subunit beta, TSH-beta, TSH-B) (PE)
FLISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot analysis of MBS627402 in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). TSHB (arrow) was detected usingMBS627402.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma reacted with TT5400-41C, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Fow cytometric analysis of MDA-MB231 cells (bottom histogram) using MBS627402 compared to a negative control cell (top histogram0. FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of MBS627402 with MDA-MB231 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The four human glycoprotein hormones chorionic gonadotropin (CG), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) are dimers consisting of alpha and beta subunits that are associated noncovalently. The alpha subunits of these hormones are identical, however, their beta chains are unique and confer biological specificity. Thyroid stimulating hormone functions in the control of thyroid structure and metabolism. The protein encoded by this gene is the beta subunit of thyroid stimulating hormone. Mutations in this gene are associated with congenital central and secondary hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. Product Notes
The TSHB tshb (Catalog #AAA6502612) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TSHB, ID (Thyrotropin Subunit beta, Thyrotropin beta Chain, Thyroid-stimulating Hormone Subunit beta, TSH-beta, TSH-B) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TSHB can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), FLISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:100-1:500 FLISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TSHB tshb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TSHB, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
