TMEM9 antibody by immunizing rabbits with the recombinant human TMEM9 (111-183AA). The resulting antibody is a polyclonal antibody and occurs as an unconjugated IgG. It is purified by protein G and reaches up to 95% in purity. And it is only reactive with human TMEM9 protein, which facilitates v-ATPase (vacuolar adenosine triphosphate) assembly for vesicular acidification and lysosomal protein degradation. Studies have shown that TMEM9 hyperactivates Wnt signaling for liver regeneration amd tumorigenesis through lysosomal degradation of APC. This TMEM9 antibody is suitable for the detection of the TMEM9 protein in ELISA and IHC analysis.
