Human
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of PARP9. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between PARP9 and analogues was observed. NOTE: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between PARP9 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist in some cases.

Related Product Information for PARP9 elisa kit
Intended Uses: This PARP9 ELISA kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Human PARP9. This ELISA kit for research use only, not for therapeutic or test applications!
Principle of the Assay: PARP9 ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a polyclonal anti-PARP9 antibody and an PARP9-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with PARP9-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the PARP9 concentration since PARP9 from samples and PARP9-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-PARP9 antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by PARP9 from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind PARP9-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The PARP9 concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.

Product Notes
The Human PARP9 parp9 (Catalog #AAA247216) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA247216 ELISA Kit recognizes Human PARP9. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Poly ADP ribose polymerase family member 9, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
