SNX4, CT (SNX4, Sorting nexin-4) (Azide free) (HRP)
ELISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:100-500
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(SNX4 Antibody (C-term) western blot analysis in MDA-MB435 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the SNX4 antibody detected the SNX4 protein (arrow).)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(SNX4 Antibody (C-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of SNX4 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. This protein associated with the long isoform of the leptin receptor and with receptor tyrosine kinases for platelet-derived growth factor, insulin, and epidermal growth factor in cell cultures, but its function is unknown. This protein may form oligomeric complexes with family members. Two transcript variants, one protein coding and the other non-protein coding, have been found for this gene. Uniprot Description
SNX4: May be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Plays a role in recycling endocytosed transferrin receptor and prevent its degradation. Belongs to the sorting nexin family.

Product Notes
The SNX4 snx4 (Catalog #AAA6349698) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SNX4, CT (SNX4, Sorting nexin-4) (Azide free) (HRP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SNX4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:10-50 ELISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SNX4 snx4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SNX4, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
