Rabbit Salmonella typhi Outer membrane protein A Polyclonal Antibody | anti-STY1091 antibody
Rabbit anti-Salmonella typhi Outer membrane protein A polyclonal Antibody
Constituents: 50% Glycerol, 0.01M PBS, PH 7.4
ompA polyclonal antibody MBS1488520 was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Salmonella typhi Outer membrane protein A protein (27-349AA) as the immunogen. The target protein ompA is required for the action of colicins K and L and for the stabilization of mating aggregates in conjugation. It serves as a receptor for a number of T-even like phages. Furthermore, it also acts as a porin with low permeability that allows slow penetration of small solutes (By similarity).
This Rabbit anti-Salmonella typhi ompA Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It only reacts with the ompA proteins of Salmonella typhi-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of ompA protein.

Product Notes
The STY1091 ompa (Catalog #AAA1488520) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti-Salmonella typhi Outer membrane protein A polyclonal Antibody reacts with Salmonella typhi and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Salmonella typhi Outer membrane protein A can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the STY1091 ompa for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Salmonella typhi Outer membrane protein A, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
