Related Product Information for anti-RBC antibody
This product is rabbit IgM directed against mouse red blood cells. This IgM fraction was isolated fiom a high titer antiserum by salt fractionation and DEAE ion exchange chromatography. It was titered against its immunogens, sterile filtered, and analyzed for immunoglobulin purity and protein concentration. This IgM fraction contains agglutinating and lysing antibodies and can be used for these procedures.

Uniprot Description

Catalyzes the addition of molecular CO2 and H2O to ribulose 1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP), generating two molecules of 3-phosphoglycerate (3-PGA) (PubMed:9988755, PubMed:10512715). Functions in an archaeal AMP degradation pathway, together with AMP phosphorylase and R15P isomerase (PubMed:17303759).

Product Notes

The RBC rbcl (Catalog #AAA524365) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Mouse RBC, IgM Fraction, (Polyclonal) (rabbit IgM) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RBC can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Cytotoxicity Assay (CT). Optimum conditions for use of this antibody in analytical procedures should be established in each laboratory. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RBC rbcl for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RBC, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
