Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

Product Notes

The R-Phycoerythrin (Catalog #AAA624944) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The R-Phycoerythrin (HRP) reacts with Goat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's R-Phycoerythrin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Gel Shift Assay (GS/EMSA). Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting (western or dot blot), Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy, and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: ELISA: 1:300,000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the R-Phycoerythrin for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "R-Phycoerythrin, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
