Rabbit Phospho-CDC25A (T507) Polyclonal Antibody | anti-CDC25A antibody
Phospho-CDC25A (T507) Antibody
WB~~1:1000
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Fluorescent image of HeLa cells stained with Phospho-CDC25A(T507) Antibody. MBS9204880 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).)
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of extracts from Hela cells, untreated or treated with calyculin A, using Phospho-Cdc25A Antibody (T507).)
Western Blot (WB)
(The anti-Phospho-CDC25A-T507 Pab is used in Western blot to detect Phospho-CDC25A-T507 in cells transfected with wild type or mutant T507 A of CDC25A. Data courtesy of Dr. Tiebang Kang of Washington University, St. Louis, MO.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
CDC25A is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases. CDC25A is required for progression from G1 to the S phase of the cell cycle. It activates the cyclin-dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups. CDC25A is specifically degraded in response to DNA damage, which prevents cells with chromosomal abnormalities from progressing through cell division. CDC25A is an oncogene, although its exact role in oncogenesis has not been demonstrated. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Uniprot Description
CDC25A: a member of the MPI phosphatase family. Functions as a dosage-dependent inducer in mitotic control. Required for progression from G1 to the S phase of the cell cycle. Two splice variant isoforms have been described.

Product Notes
The CDC25A cdc25a (Catalog #AAA9204880) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Phospho-CDC25A (T507) Antibody reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Mouse, Rat) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Phospho-CDC25A (T507) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF). IF~~1:25 WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CDC25A cdc25a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Phospho-CDC25A (T507), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
