Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of P2R3C Antibody (N-term) in Y79 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). P2R3C (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(P2R3C Antibody (N-term) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the P2R3C Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine phosphatase, protein phosphatase 2. This protein is localized to both nuclear and cytoplasmic regions depending on cell cycle phase. Homozygous conditional knockout mice for this gene exhibit reduced numbers and impaired proliferation of immune system B cells. This protein may regulate the expression of the P-glycoprotein ATP-binding cassette transporter through its phosphatase activity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2015]
Uniprot Description
PPP2R3C: May regulate MCM3AP phosphorylation through phosphatase recruitment. May play a role in the activation-induced cell death of B-cells. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
Protein type: Protein phosphatase, regulatory subunit
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 14q13.2
Cellular Component: centrosome; cytoplasm; spindle; nucleus
Molecular Function: metal ion binding
Biological Process: spleen development; B cell homeostasis; activation of protein kinase activity; regulation of antimicrobial humoral response; positive regulation of B cell differentiation; T cell homeostasis; cortical cytoskeleton organization and biogenesis; microtubule cytoskeleton organization and biogenesis; regulation of mitochondrial depolarization

Product Notes
The P2R3C ppp2r3c (Catalog #AAA6330178) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The P2R3C, NT (PPP2R3C, C14orf10, G5PR, Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B'' subunit gamma, Protein phosphatase subunit G5PR, Rhabdomyosarcoma antigen MU-RMS-40.6A/6C) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's P2R3C can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:50-100 FLISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the P2R3C ppp2r3c for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "P2R3C, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
