Lyophilized antibody can be kept at 4 degree C for up to 3 months and should be kept at-20 degree C for long-term storage.
To avoid freeze-thaw cycles, reconstituted antibody should be aliquoted before freezing for short-term storage (-20 degree C) or for long-term storage (-80 degree C).
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

P190RhoGAP, also known as GRLF1 (glucocorticoid receptor DNA binding factor 1) is a Rho family GTPase-activating protein that was identified as a protein that associates with p120RasGAP. P190RhoGAP is a multidomain protein that plays crucial role in regulating actin cytoskeletal rearrangements in axonal pathfinding and stability and in response to growth factor stimulation, integrin engagement and v-Src transformation.
