Rabbit anti-Human OPRK1 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-OPRK1 antibody
OPRK1 Antibody
Preservative: 0.03% Proclin 300
Constituents: 50% Glycerol, 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4
IF: 1:50-1:200
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(IHC image of MBS7134351 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 degree C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with MBS7134351 at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4 degree C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).)

Product Notes
The OPRK1 oprk1 (Catalog #AAA7134351) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The OPRK1 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's OPRK1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF). IHC: 1:20-1:200 IF: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the OPRK1 oprk1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "OPRK1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
