Rabbit NTF3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-NTF3 antibody
NTF3 Antibody (Center)
WB~~1:1000
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with NTF3 antibody (Center) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Western Blot (WB)
(NTF3 Antibody (Center) western blot analysis in HL-60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the NTF3 antibody detected the NTF3 protein (arrow).)

NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the neurotrophin family, that controls survival and differentiation of mammalian neurons. This protein is closely related to both nerve growth factor and brain-derived neurotrophic factor. It may be involved in the maintenance of the adult nervous system, and may affect development of neurons in the embryo when it is expressed in human placenta. NTF3-deficient mice generated by gene targeting display severe movement defects of the limbs. The mature peptide of this protein is identical in all mammals examined including human, pig, rat and mouse. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

Product Notes
The NTF3 ntf3 (Catalog #AAA9202325) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 122-151. The NTF3 Antibody (Center) reacts with Human (Predicted Reactivity: Bovine, Chicken, Mouse, Pig, Rat) and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NTF3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). IHC~~1:10~50 WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NTF3 ntf3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NTF3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
