Related Product Information for anti-NTN4 antibody
Netrin-4 is a 628 amino acid laminin-related secreted protein that promotes neurite elongation at low concentrations but inhibits neurite extension at high concentrations. Recent evidence suggest that Netrin family members act as regulators of both neuronal and vascular growth and are implicated in controling epithelial cell branching morphogenesis in the pancreas, breast and lung. Netrin-4 inhibits proliferation of a variety of human tumor cells. Netrin-4 also induces proliferation, migration, adhesion, tube formation and survival of human lymphatic endothelial cells and seems to function as a lymphangiogenic factor contributing to tumor dissemination.

Product Notes

The NTN4 ntn4 (Catalog #AAA6005633) is an Antibody produced from Goat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. Suitable for use in ELISA. Dilution: ELISA: 1:32000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NTN4 ntn4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Netrin-4, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
