Rabbit anti-Rat Myosin Heavy Chain 11, Smooth Muscle (MYH11) Polyclonal Antibody | anti-MYH11 antibody
HRP-Linked Polyclonal Antibody to Myosin Heavy Chain 11, Smooth Muscle (MYH11)
IHC: 5-30ug/mL
ICC: 5-30ug/mL
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Uniprot Description
MYH11: Muscle contraction. A chromosomal aberration involving MYH11 is found in acute myeloid leukemia of M4EO subtype. Pericentric inversion inv(16)(p13;q22). The inversion produces a fusion protein consisting of the 165 N-terminal residues of CBF-beta (PEPB2) and the tail region of MYH11. Defects in MYH11 are the cause of familial aortic aneurysm thoracic type 4 (AAT4); also known as familial thoracic aortic aneurysm and dissection (TAAD). Aneurysms and dissections of the aorta usually result from degenerative changes in the aortic wall. Thoracic aortic aneurysms and dissections are primarily associated with a characteristic histologic appearance known as 'medial necrosis' or 'Erdheim cystic medial necrosis' in which there is degeneration and fragmentation of elastic fibers, loss of smooth muscle cells, and an accumulation of basophilic ground substance. Patients with AAT4 show marked aortic stiffness. Pathological aortas show large areas of medial degeneration with very low smooth muscle cells content. 3 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The MYH11 myh11 (Catalog #AAA2126391) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HRP-Linked Polyclonal Antibody to Myosin Heavy Chain 11, Smooth Muscle (MYH11) reacts with Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Myosin Heavy Chain 11, Smooth Muscle (MYH11) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 0.5-3ug/mL IHC: 5-30ug/mL ICC: 5-30ug/mL. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MYH11 myh11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Myosin Heavy Chain 11, Smooth Muscle (MYH11), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
