Immunofluorescence (IF) (Immunofluorescence staining of MYCL in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human MYCL polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:100) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and Cytoplasm.)

Related Product Information for anti-MYCL antibody
All members of the MYC family are structural partners of MAX, which shares a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) domain and confers DNA-binding specificity to the heterodimer. The MYC family genes (MYC, MYCN and MYCL) are among the most deregulated proto-oncogenes in human cancer. Aberrant MYC expression is frequently associated with poor prognosis. MYCL (L-Myc) is frequently amplified in human small cell lung cancer (SCLC). MYCL is required by a Batf3-dependent classical dendritic cell subset (cDC1) for optimal CD8 T cell priming. MYCL is highly dynamic and might rather be a surrogate marker for disturbed energy metabolism than the underlying cause of cardiac dysfunction.

Product Notes

The MYCL (Catalog #AAA8110394) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-MYCL Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MYCL can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MYCL for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MYCL, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
