Store product at 4 degree C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable at -20 degree C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Related Product Information for anti-MARCH10 antibody
MARCH10 is a member of the MARCH family of membrane-bound E3 ubiquitin ligases (EC 6.3.2.19). MARCH enzymes add ubiquitin (see MIM 191339) to target lysines in substrate proteins, thereby signaling their vesicular transport between membrane compartments (Morokuma et al., 2007 [PubMed 17604280]).

NCBI Description

MARCH10 is a member of the MARCH family of membrane-bound E3 ubiquitin ligases (EC 6.3.2.19). MARCH enzymes add ubiquitin (see MIM 191339) to target lysines in substrate proteins, thereby signaling their vesicular transport between membrane compartments (Morokuma et al., 2007 [PubMed 17604280]).[supplied by OMIM, Apr 2010]

Uniprot Description

MARCH10: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase (Probable). E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.

Protein type: EC 6.3.2.-; EC 6.3.2.19; Ligase; Ubiquitin conjugating system; Ubiquitin ligase

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 17q23.2

Product Notes

The MARCH10 march10 (Catalog #AAA6318939) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MARCH10, ID (MARCH10, RNF190, Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCH10, Membrane-associated RING finger protein 10, Membrane-associated RING-CH protein X, RING finger protein 190) (Azide free) (HRP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MARCH10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:100-500 ELISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MARCH10 march10 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MARCH10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
