Related Product Information for anti-LUC7L antibody
The LUC7L gene may represent a mammalian heterochromatic gene, encoding a putative RNA-binding protein similar to the yeast Luc7p subunit of the U1 snRNP splicing complex that is normally required for 5-prime splice site selection (Tufarelli et al., 2001 [PubMed 11170747]).

Product Notes

The LUC7L luc7l (Catalog #AAA6317570) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LUC7L, ID (LUC7L, LUC7L1, Putative RNA-binding protein Luc7-like 1, Putative SR protein LUC7B1, SR+89) (PE) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LUC7L can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), FLISA, Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LUC7L luc7l for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LUC7L, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
