NCBI Description

The leucine-rich repeat (LRR) family of proteins, including LRG1, have been shown to be involved in protein-protein interaction, signal transduction, and cell adhesion and development. LRG1 is expressed during granulocyte differentiation (O'Donnell et al., 2002 [PubMed 12223515]).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008]

Product Notes

The LRG1 lrg1 (Catalog #AAA6316892) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The LRG1, NT (LRG1, LRG, Leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LRG1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Western Blot (WB). FC/FACS: 1:10-1:50 WB: 1:1000 IHC-P: 1:50-1:100 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LRG1 lrg1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LRG1, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
