Rabbit anti-Human, mouse LOXL4 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-LOXL4 antibody
LOXL4 Antibody (C-term)
family. The prototypic member of the family is essential to the
biogenesis of connective tissue, encoding an extracellular
copper-dependent amine oxidase that catalyses the first step in the
formation of crosslinks in collagens and elastin. A highly
conserved amino acid sequence at the C-terminus end appears to be
sufficient for amine oxidase activity, suggesting that each family
member may retain this function. The N-terminus is poorly conserved
and may impart additional roles in developmental regulation,
senescence, tumor suppression, cell growth control, and chemotaxis
to each member of the family.

Product Notes
The LOXL4 loxl4 (Catalog #AAA9215330) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The immunogen sequence is 575-603. The LOXL4 Antibody (C-term) reacts with Human, mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LOXL4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). WB~~1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LOXL4 loxl4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LOXL4, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
