Rabbit anti-Human Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL1R1) Polyclonal Antibody | anti-IL1R1 antibody
Cy3-Linked Polyclonal Antibody to Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL1R1)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. The encoded protein is a receptor for interleukin-1 alpha, interleukin-1 beta, and interleukin-1 receptor antagonist. It is an important mediator involved in many cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene is located in a cluster of related cytokine receptor genes on chromosome 2q12. Uniprot Description
IL-1RA: Receptor for IL1A, IL1B and IL1RN. After binding to interleukin-1 associates with the corecptor IL1RAP to form the high affinity interleukin-1 receptor complex which mediates interleukin-1-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways. Signaling involves the recruitment of adapter molecules such as TOLLIP, MYD88, and IRAK1 or IRAK2 via the respective TIR domains of the receptor/coreceptor subunits. Binds ligands with comparable affinity and binding of antagonist IL1RN prevents association with IL1RAP to form a signaling complex. Belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family.

Product Notes
The IL1R1 il1r1 (Catalog #AAA2036596) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Cy3-Linked Polyclonal Antibody to Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL1R1) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL1R1) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Formalin/Paraffin, ELISA (ELISA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL1R1 il1r1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interleukin 1 Receptor Type I (IL1R1), Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
