Rabbit anti-Human Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-IRF3 antibody
Polyclonal Antibody to Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF3)
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL;1:36-146
Immunocytochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL;1:36-146
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user
Store at 4ºC for frequent use.
Aliquot and store at -20ºC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western Blot: Sample: Human Jurkat cell lysate; Primary Ab: 3ug/ml Rabbit Anti-Human IRF3 Antibody Second Ab: 0.2ug/mL HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Rabbit IgG Polyclonal Antibody )
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. The encoded protein is found in an inactive cytoplasmic form that upon serine/threonine phosphorylation forms a complex with CREBBP. This complex translocates to the nucleus and activates the transcription of interferons alpha and beta, as well as other interferon-induced genes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2011]

Product Notes
The IRF3 irf3 (Catalog #AAA2027197) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Polyclonal Antibody to Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF3) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). Western blotting: 0.5-2 ug/mL;1:360-1460 Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL;1:36-146 Immunocytochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL;1:36-146 Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IRF3 irf3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Interferon Regulatory Factor 3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
