Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for IL-3RB/Csf2rb detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, Direct ELISA in Mouse; Rat.

Background: Cytokine receptor common subunit beta is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CSF2RB gene. It is mapped to 15 E1; 15 37.36 cM. The protein encoded by this gene is the common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and CSF. Defects in this gene have been reported to be associated with protein alveolar proteinosis (PAP).

Uniprot Description

CSF2RB: a common beta chain of the high affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5 and CSF. A type I cytokine family of receptor. Defects are a cause of congenital pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) [MIM:265120]. PAP is an autosomal recessive fatal respiratory disease.

Protein type: Receptor, cytokine; Membrane protein, integral

Cellular Component: membrane; integral to membrane

Molecular Function: hematopoietin/interferon-class (D200-domain) cytokine receptor activity; protein binding

Biological Process: cytokine and chemokine mediated signaling pathway

Product Notes

The Csf2rb csf2rb (Catalog #AAA1753028) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-IL-3RB/Csf2rb Antibody reacts with Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IL-3RB/Csf2rb can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Direct ELISA (EIA). WB: 0.25-0.5ug/ml (Mouse) IHC-P (Embedded Section): 0.5-1ug/ml (Rat) Direct ELISA: 0.1-0.5ug/ml (Mouse) Tested Species: In-house tested species with positive results. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Csf2rb csf2rb for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IL-3RB/Csf2rb, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
