Preparation
Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to mouse immunoglobulins. Purified antibodies were digested with pepsin. Any aggregates, undigested goat immunoglobulins and Fc fragments were removed by column chromatography.
Preparation and Storage
Stable at 4 degree C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portions at -20 degree C in volumes appropriate for single usage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted. Check label for expiry date.
