Rabbit anti-Human HMG1L10 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-HMG1L10 antibody
HMG1L10, NT (HMGB1, HMG1, High mobility group protein B1, High mobility group protein 1) (Azide free) (HRP)
ELISA: 1:1,000
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(036633 western blot analysis in K562, Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane). This demonstrates the HMG1L10 antibody detected the HMG1L10 protein (arrow).)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(036633 flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
HMGB1: DNA binding proteins that associates with chromatin and has the ability to bend DNA. Binds preferentially single-stranded DNA. Involved in V(D)J recombination by acting as a cofactor of the RAG complex. Acts by stimulating cleavage and RAG protein binding at the 23 bp spacer of conserved recombination signal sequences (RSS). Heparin-binding protein that has a role in the extension of neurite-type cytoplasmic processes in developing cells. Component of the RAG complex composed of core components RAG1 and RAG2, and associated component HMGB1 or HMGB2. Belongs to the HMGB family.
Protein type: DNA repair, damage; Nuclear receptor co-regulator
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 13q12

Product Notes
The HMG1L10 hmgb1 (Catalog #AAA6307213) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HMG1L10, NT (HMGB1, HMG1, High mobility group protein B1, High mobility group protein 1) (Azide free) (HRP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HMG1L10 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:100-500 ELISA: 1:1,000 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HMG1L10 hmgb1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HMG1L10, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
