This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against HIST1H1T. It was validated on Western Blot using a cell lysate as a positive control.

Target Description: Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Two molecules of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which approximately 146 bp of DNA is wrapped in repeating units, called nucleosomes. The linker histone, H1, interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes and functions in the compaction of chromatin into higher order structures. HIST1H1T is a member of the histone H1 family. NCBI Description

Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. This gene is intronless and encodes a replication-dependent histone that is a member of the histone H1 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails but instead contain a palindromic termination element. This gene is found in the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6. Product Notes

The HIST1H1T hist1h1t (Catalog #AAA3211846) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The HIST1H1T antibody - middle region reacts with Dog, Human, Pig, Rabbit and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's HIST1H1T can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HIST1H1T hist1h1t for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: Synthetic peptide located within the following region: KLSKKVIPKS TRSKAKKSVS AKTKKLVLSR DSKSPKTAKT NKRAKKPRAT. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "HIST1H1T, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
