Rabbit anti-Human Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor Polyclonal Antibody | anti-HDGF antibody
Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor, CT (HDGF, DKFZp686J1764, FLJ96580, High-Mobility Group Protein 1-Like 2, HMG1L2, HMG-1L2) (AP)
ELISA: 1:1,000
WB: 1:50-1:100
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Western Blot (WB)
(Western blot analysis of anti-HDGF Pab in Hela cell line lysates (35ug/lane). HDGF(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with HDGF antibody (C-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of HDGF Antibody (C-term) with SK-BR-3 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green).DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the hepatoma-derived growth factor family. The encoded protein has mitogenic and DNA-binding activity and may play a role in cellular proliferation and differentiation. High levels of expression of this gene enhance the growth of many tumors. This gene was thought initially to be located on chromosome X; however, that location has been determined to correspond to a related pseudogene. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2016]

The HDGF hdgf (Catalog #AAA6480046) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor, CT (HDGF, DKFZp686J1764, FLJ96580, High-Mobility Group Protein 1-Like 2, HMG1L2, HMG-1L2) (AP) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). IHC: 1:10-1:50 ELISA: 1:1,000 WB: 1:50-1:100 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the HDGF hdgf for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
