Related Product Information for anti-GSR antibody
This gene encodes a member of the class-I pyridine nucleotide-disulfide oxidoreductase family. This enzyme is a homodimeric flavoprotein. It is a central enzyme of cellular antioxidant defense, and reduces oxidized glutathione disulfide (GSSG) to the sulfhydryl form GSH, which is an important cellular antioxidant. Rare mutations in this gene result in hereditary glutathione reductase deficiency. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found.

Product Notes

The GSR gsr (Catalog #AAA6304682) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The GSR, CT (GSR, GLUR, GRD1, Glutathione reductase, mitochondrial) (FITC) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GSR can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FLISA, Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). FC/FACS: 1:10-50 FLISA: 1:1,000 IF: 1:10-50 IHC: 1:10-50 WB: 1:100-500 Applications are based on unconjugated antibody. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GSR gsr for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GSR, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
