Application Notes
Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hGRO-beta (100.00 ng/ml), a concentration of 0.-1.0ug/ml of this antibody is required.
ELISA (Indirect): 0.5-2.0ug/ml (Using 100ul/well antibody solution). Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hGRO beta.
WB: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, detects 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Preparation and Storage
Store product at 4 degree C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
